We are a self-organise team, in which each of us are autonomous, accountable and, empowered to try and experiment if you feel with are fullfulling the Fabric mission. We built a workplace that values concrete involvement in the life of the business – and the more you give, the more you get back. Of course, we think profit is great, but it isn’t our main motivator. Since March 2021, fabric officially joined the first 100 companies in France to be registered as “Purpose-based”, a new class of registered companies in France which weave social, economic and environmental considerations into all of their decisions. And soon, our sustainability and inclusivity efforts should be rewarded with B Corporation certification.
