THE CHALLENGE
ENGIE wants to develop its community of 300+ international leaders. The challenge was to engage them to develop their soft skills. To be mobilized in the program, leaders need a mandate to act: an actual corporate issue to fix together.
THE OUTCOME
Leadership community presented a diagnosis and key recommendations to the CEO, to prepare ENGIE tomorrow. 40 projects have been launched to move from intention to action.
