THE CHALLENGE

Since 2016, Fabric is a key partner of Orange Campus, which mission is to support Orange executives in meeting their business challenges through the implemetation of empowered ways of working. Hand-in-hand with OCM, Fabric has developped the “Adaptive Governance” approach, to support the transition towards self organisation. Based on 6 principles and a set of practices easily implementable, adaptive governance has spread organically and today has become the news organisation standard for over 3 000 managers and their teams.
