The maintenance of railways is essential for the security of train traffic, but has always been a highly resources-consuming activity. The implementation of IOT (Internet of Objects) offers new possibilities for a better and more cost effective maintenance. To succeed, a multi stakeholders governance was set-up via collective intelligence to manage the transformation project.
